Yet there is plenty of evidence out there which illustrates the reality of people’s travelling.
Using data from sources such as the Department for Energy and Climate Change, DVLA, Living Costs and Food Survey, National Travel Survey and Transport Statistics GB, the Foundation has produced a factsheet with some of the key information. It is updated monthly.
