Transport as a Service
Earlier this year the RAC Foundation commissioned MRC McLean Hazel to carry out research into the potential of moving towards a more integrated, retail-like system of transport where it is provided as a ‘service’ to its users.
The report, Achieving Complete Mobility, provides a useful first step in understanding how such a system might benefit transport users as well as (local) government and business, and what form it might take.
